How it all started………..
At the age of 24, I decided that I was no longer going to live paycheck to paycheck. I had been working for Johnson Controls since the age of 19, as a Materials Coordinator. I graduated from University of Phoenix in June 2002. My dream at the time was to become the CEO of a Company. But once I graduated, I realized that working in the corporate environment or getting another degree wasn’t for me. I decided it was time to take control of my financial future, so I purchased my first real estate property for $18,000. After making the necessary renovations, I was able to sell it and gained a profit of $24,000. The match had been struck……

Since 2002, I have purchased, renovated and sold more than 500 properties totaling $50 million dollars in real estate sales. I maintained a steady flow of success through my real estate empire. Strong, determined, and optimistic about the future that lay ahead of me, I knew that all of my dreams could come true despite any hardships in my past. Born to deaf parents, I grew up with 6 sisters and 1 brother in Pontiac, Michigan. I had survived an abusive relationship and a brutal sexual assault, but I was still relentless at pursuing my dreams through real estate.

Real Estate changed the course of my life….
In 2007, carrying a wealth of knowledge about the real estate industry, I published my first book, “Finding, Fixing & Flipping” properties. I started to spread the word and shared all that I knew about real estate through free training seminars. I am also a motivational speaker, sharing the secret to my success.

Soul Searching….You win some and you lose some...you must keep moving, that’s life……..
In 2008, Michigan took a tremendous blow with the housing crisis. I purchased a number of homes but was unable to sell them due to the market crash. This crippled me financially. This is when I realized that real estate had lit my fire but it was time to start cooking something else. I took some time off and left Michigan. I ended up in California for a little while. Trying to decide what my next move was going to be, I began to do some soul searching. Real Estate had been my meal ticket for the past several years. As I continued to so some soul searching, I learned that you should NEVER rely on one source of income. Today’s recession has taught me to have several streams of income to secure your financial future.

Introduction to the Home Business World…….
Some good friends of mine introduced me to network marketing. I was reluctant at first, but I knew full well that all my funds were tied up in a slew of houses that I had purchased and couldn’t sell them. The market was in the toilet and I still had an entrepreneurial spirit burning inside me. I figured I would try something different because I had nothing to lose. This was my opportunity to develop another stream of income. This is when I decided to take a chance on this network marketing business. I thought that I was going to instantly make millions and became increasingly disappointed when my efforts turned into failures time and time again. I tried for six months without making a DIME! But my focus and determination was still going strong. I experienced many setbacks and ‘failures’ seemingly, it was exactly what I needed to go through to help me grow into a much stronger and more successful human being.

As I conducted more and more research, I found that there are numerous people from various network marketing companies making a fortune using the World Wide Web! This intrigued me and since I knew I wasn’t going back to work for anyone else, the internet looked like my way out. So after taking some well deserved time out for myself, I started studying internet marketing with a passion. I pursued it with the same excitement that I did while buying and selling homes. I attended countless seminars, purchased cd’s, dvd’s, books, and mp3’s that talked about network marketing. I joined a network marketing company and started to implement the things that I had learned. All of the great advice and business techniques actually worked. I was hooked!
At this point, “Annetta the Internet Marketing Entertainer” was born.

The Power of the World Wide Web…
Six months into the business, I was online doing some research on buying some internet leads. I discovered the world of online marketing. At that point, I decided to get real training and coaching from some of the best internet marketers in the industry. And because of the training I received and my solid commitment to building up my wealth again, I ended up becoming quite successful in a relatively short period of time. Within about 60 days, I was making a full-time income and it was enough to keep me from having to get a 9-5. I had been in business for myself for the past several years and was determined not to go back to living paycheck to paycheck. Internet marketing was is about building your own LIST, so I have built up a brand for myself in the social networks.
So now, I see the enormous power in social media and list building and that’s exactly what I specialize in teaching. But honestly, the real reason I was able to become so successful online was my persistence and commitment to personal growth and development.

Starting in this industry at the age of 33, I now realize the recipe to success. Success is the ability to examine what’s out there, set goals, put your plan into motion and then conquer! Starting your own business is not at all easy but you must have the vision, drive and determination to go for the goal. Most importantly, you must step out on faith and think outside the box!

My Role…………
And now I have a great desire to help others see just how powerful they are inside, too. An Author once said, “Our souls are hungry for meaning, for the sense that we have figured out how to live so that our lives matter, so that the world will be at least a little bit different for our having passed through it. . . . What frustrates us and robs our lives of joy is this absence of meaning.” Far too many of us settle for mediocrity. So Let’s Build Wealth Together!
