My story started when I was 15 years old, when my father—after being a Civil Engineer Graduate from The University of Puerto Rico with top honors—lost his job of 25 years as a Vice-President of a company.

After that, things changed drastically in my home, and money was tight. I never liked depending on others, so I started working in a Sports Store since I was 15.

I graduated from High School and got married at 18 and had my first daughter at 19. Because I was so young, my marriage didn't work out and I had to quit school to support my baby girl. I had various jobs, and I always had positions that exceeded the skills I had.

I got remarried at 28 and had my second daughter. My husband also had a daughter who I adopted as if she was my own. This marriage last for 11 years and ended after the failure of a restaurant I opened in Puerto Rico.

After so many failures in my marriages and my business, I discovered my passion for photography, which I got from my Dad who—other than being an engineer—was also a photographer.

I got married once more and moved to Orlando, Florida with my third husband, my youngest daughter, and his daughter who I also adopted as my own. Once I discovered my talents as a photographer, I worked in a Photo Studio but I felt that something was missing. That “thing” that was missing was the freedom to be with my family whenever I wanted and the freedom to travel with my daughters anytime I wanted. I also felt sick to my stomach every time I thought about my parents still working at 73 because they couldn't support themselves with their retirement money.

All those things got me thinking about my future and my daughters' futures. I don't want to retire and have to depend on the government and much less, my kids.  A salary only helps to survive… not to live! That thought made me very uneasy, because that’s not what I deserve after so many years of hard work.

That's when I got a phone call from an old colleague offering me the incredible opportunity to work with 4Lilfe Research. When he explained everything to me about this opportunity I felt relieved because I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. I realized that my life DID depend on me and that I could control my future and I didn't have to depend on anybody.

Since I’ve been with 4Life Research, my life has changed dramatically. Not only because of the paychecks I receive every month, but also because of my self-development, the way I see life now. The example I'm setting for my daughters is priceless. I’m able to show them that no matter what happens in life always follow your dreams because if you really want them, you can achieve them.

My dreams are to retire my parents so they can live free, and to also retire my husband so we can enjoy life while we are still young. I want to have a motivational center for kids where they can learn that life is not only about school, but about achieving their dreams. I also want to keep working on my photography, but for free, because this is something I truly love. But there is one dream that I know I will realize pretty soon, and that is to take my four princesses for a trip to the Greek Islands.

Before, I didn't dream about any of these things, but since I started working with 4Life, I can visualize myself achieving all of these dreams because it’s up to me now. The failures that I have experienced before don't scare me, because I can see a lot of successful people that failed before achieving their dreams. If you see failure as an option, and success as another option, you will never have the courage to try. But if you accept failure as part of the way toward success, then your destination will be completely different and you will be free!

I am originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, but I live now in Florida.  I've been doing network marketing for two years now and I truly believe that this is the best way to get out of the rat race and make a true change in your life.  I also believe that network marketing is not for everybody, eventhough anyone can do it.  The problem is that if you want to change your life, but don't do anything about it, this won't work for you.  You need to really work this out or you will be spending a lot of money for a miracle.  If you really want to make it in this business, you have to work hard for it, so don't let anyone tell you that this is easy and that you are going to start making money fast, that's a big lie! 

The first thing you need to do is to sit down and learn, learn, learn.  The next thing you should do is to find a solid company with a solid background that you feel comfortable with and start your business.  I found 4Life research and I search every hole in this company and is incredible how good this company is.  I feel very comfortable with it, because is about Health and how to prevent a disease and for me that's the most important thing, because if I am not healthy, I cannot fullfill my dreams.  You can look this company up at: www.healthyfirst.mylife.com.
