About Me

I've been in the network marketing industry for almost 6 years, and I could not be more passionate about what this opportunity provides for people. I've always known about the benefits of residual income, but recently I had a real first-hand experience of what it really means to completely stop working and continue to get paid.

8 months ago I gave birth to my second baby girl, and 4 weeks later my divorce began. I was suddenly on my own w/ 2 young girls, no husband, no help. There was a lot to do to get us situated... we had to find a place to live, move, find a lawyer, find a counselor for my 3-year-old, etc. I literally could not work my business for 4 months, AT ALL. If it wasn't for residual income, I would have had to go get a full-time J.O.B. and put my kids in daycare full-time. Instead, I took 4 months off and got paid the whole time... enough to support my family. And the support I received from my business community was outstanding.

To say the least, I have a whole new appreciation for what this industry provides for people. I'm enthusiastically back in action, and I'm more committed than ever to educating and helping people to realize that they have a choice... and then coaching and mentoring them to create their lives by design.

Life Before Network Marketing

I've always been an entrepreneur. I started out when I was about 12, making ribboned barretts and  selling them at my mom's friend's jewelry store. I went to college and got a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. I mostly chose that major because I've always been really good at math, and I figured it was an easy way to ace my way through school (which I did). I really had no idea what I wanted to do... nothing in the University curriculum really appealed to me. Looking back, I now know that it's because I didn't want to conform. I was never really inspired to go out and get a good job, making a salary and working for someone else.

In any case, I got the degree, graduated from college, moved to the beach in San Diego, and got a job waiting on tables. I loved that lifestyle for a while, and when I eventually got tired of it I moved to Boulder, Colorado (I'm originally from New Jersey, by the way, and the college I went to was the University of Miami in Florida). Over the years I moved around quite a bit, living in places like Telluride Colorado, Denver, New Orleans, New York, New Zealand, and Steamboat Springs Colorado. What I've discovered more than anything else in my life is that I like (and CRAVE) freedom. I don't like to be tied down... I like to travel, make my own schedule and have unlimited freedom.

Before getting serious about network marketing, I took on some other entrepreneurial careers such as Real Estate, Personal Training, Group Fitness Training, and working as a Birth & Postpartum Doula. I actually really enjoyed doing all of them, but they were all careers that involved trading hours for dollars. I got involved in Network Marketing while I was doing these other things, just treating it like a hobby and creating a small residual income. Eventually it occurred to me that my network marketing business is the ONLY thing I was doing that didn't involve trading hours for dollars, and that if I was to actually make it a priority, then maybe I wouldn't need to trade hours for dollars anymore... and I'd be FREE!

So that's what I did...

Today

Today I'm a single mom w/ 2 small children and I'm a full time Network Marketer. I work from home and get to spend a ton of time w/ my girls. I've been w/ the same company for the whole 6 years I've been in the industry, and absolutely LOVE it. I love that I get to make a difference for people on a daily basis, and that I actually get paid (generously!) to do it. There's nothing more fulfilling to me than helping people w/ their health, their finacial situation, and their time freedom... and I know that I've finally found the perfect career. My mission in life is to now educate people to know that they can have this, too... and then to show them how.
