I am a registered massage therapist, and hold a 200 hour yoga alliance certified yoga teacher training certificates from Trinity Yoga Inc and Gaiatri Inc. & University of Calgary Yoga Thrive Yoga Teacher Training Certificate for program specific to Cancer Survivors.

I have owned my own massage business Inner Reflections since 2002 and specializes in a variety of massage treatments including: therapeutic massage, cranio-sacral therapy, relaxation massage, hotstone therapy massage, prenatal massage & infant massage.

I have always felt like this path was chosen for me; I was told from a young age that I was a healer, but I thought I was going to be a lawyer. I suffered with neurological symptoms at 18 that couldn't be dianoised by a doctor in 2001; those symptoms caused me to drop out of college 10 weeks from my graduation. I found myself in one of those positions of what do I do now? I found craniosacral therapy as a means of treatment, not just for the physical benefits, but the treatments assisted the unlocking of what this illness was doing to me mentally & emotionally. After 6 sessions I was completely healed. I not only found my true calling into massage therapy, but also found that it was a career choice that lead me down the path to my other true passion; yoga. I was asked by several clients if I had ever considered teaching yoga since I was giving remedial exercise sheets composed of all yoga postures to them. The yoga mat was in the treatment room and I'd show people how to do postures to find the relief they were so desperately seeking within their own bodies. Massage and Yoga go hand in hand. Fall of 2005 I started my training with Trinity, the journey into teaching has been transformative not only to myself, but also to my family & students. I pride myself on giving students a variety of well rounded classes & programs based on individual needs. Classes range from traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa to the not so traditional programs that I've designed that incorporate a blend of a few styles".

I got involved with Youth Juice, a network marketing company in June 2009 and it has been a perfect fit for my business and for my family. I have been referring products and services to people for years, but never truly able to get behind a product to endorse until now. We've seen and tried 20 products all claiming to do something, nothing ever worked...I can't say that about Youth Juice. We saw the healing powers of it within HOURS in our daughter; that is when I took notice...what an amazing product!
I can refer people to this amazing juice and watch someone heal. I've been able to help people physically with massage, emotionally with yoga, and now I can give them a product that works with almost every medical condition I have come across and that is the best gift I can give and receive!
