The first time I said something about myself  - during my icebreaker speech as a new member of a Toastmasters Club in the Philippines in 1980 - I failed! In my moment of dismay and disappointment, an 80-year old Toastmaster looked at me and said: To try and fail is at least to learn but to fail to try is to suffer the inestimable loss of what might have been,  I would eventually become a speechwriter by vocation, a public speaker by avocation, and a professional singer by frustration!

I am now 59 years old with a working wife, a daughter going to college on a scholarship this schoolyear, and five other children  college-educated and comfortably employed .What else is there left to try? A lot more than I had expected  when I immigrated to the US two  years ago. Today, I am a neophyte entrepreneur - and I am grateful to the network marketing industry for this awesome opportunity.
