Just as little as 15 minutes a day can make a signifcant difference in performance and attitude. Those who can spend more time maybe 30 to 60 minutes a day can see remarkable improvements.

Hi Jim Just wanted to say thanks for adding a message. The best thing you can do is focus on overall body fat loss. Increase metabolism. If you are starting to excercise again that will help a lot.
