Interests
When I work, I work hard but when I play, I play hard as well. I often take minivacations on regular basis to refresh myself and explore myself to new high level, sightseeing, adventture to new places. I love to explore the Unknown frontier. I love to take on new challege, whether physically or emotionally. I like to meet new faces of people and enjoy being around with successful entrepreneur. I love being surrounding myself with a positive environment and to elevate to a new level of achievement and new possibilities.
Activities:
I love working from home, my commute is 60 Seconds from bedroom. My daily activity is simple, I work from Monday to Thursday, a couple hours a day CONSISTENTLY, as an Entrepreneur, I am constantly check up with myself and to EMPLOY MYSELF on a Daily basis. Think for a moment, You have NO BOSS: No one looks behind your back but Yourself. Yet most of us are somewhat lazy in someway. Although, you do not a J.o.B. but you still have to produce some of work activities to get RESULTS. You have to constantly do a self check up which activities produce Results and which are NOT Producing Results. Let me give you an example, Checking Email and Reading Email are NOT producing result activities, But setting up email campaign and communicating with your leads are definitely Producing Result. Remember, Network Marketing is a RELATIONSHIP BUSINESS. This business is builded on relationship, there is not other way around it. Since the dawn of time, people need to communicate to one another to build trust. You need to weight on which activity produce result and which activity is not producing result. So the activities you do everyday, either make you or break you. Remember, You are You, no one is going to do it for you but YOU. You can have Mike Dillard and his entire team pouring all the books, tapes, CDs and best training in the world bar none, if you DON'T implementing, NOTHING HAPPENS. So there is my activities, I take off FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY. You CANNOT possibly call a prospect on a SUNDAY to introduce your opportunity, you can BUT NOT recommend to do so. For FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY, I might take sometimes OFF to attend a Weekend Trainings, Seminars, Workshops to educate myself on new ideas, new information, new techniques. As a leader in our industry, I am always on a look out for training, seminar, and workshop to improve myself and to further my education. I invested over $10,000 a year on books, tapes, audio CDs, DVDs, training, seminar, and workshop. The more you make, the more you invest in yourself. Some LIVE Event cost over $5000 to attend. Will it worth it, you Bet. ALWAYS LEARNING....!!!

My motto to live by: I would rather trying something NEW and Fail, then FAILING NOT EVEN GIVING A TRYING AT ALL. Thomas Edison who invented the Lightbulb, failed 10,000 times of his experiments, but just look at the positive side, it took him 10,000 steps to be successful of his invention. Just imagine if thomas Edison Quit at 5000 trys, then there would be no lightbulb today. DON'T EVER QUIT!!!

About Me
I came to United States with nothing in early '80. Living under poverty, going through the Welfare and Food Stamp System, seeing all kinds imagined Poverty Level, Homeless, Drug, Gang, High Crime Rates, just to name a few. My young adulthood offered many setbacks as well. I faced a new language, a new land, a new culture, a new opportunity and a new found freedom; and growing up as a teenager near the suburbs of Boston, Lynn, Revere, Everett, and Lowell, Massachusetts offered many challenges ahead. I had gone through Grade schools, then High School and went to college, and where I got my Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministries and minor in Psychology. My parent told me, "go to school, get a good education, a Job security will be guaranteed for life." Later, I came to realize that it is NOT so true, just look at the statistics of how many college grats are out of work (OUT OF LUCK). There are ten of million of them could not even find a J.O.B.
Upon graduating from Toccoa Falls College with a B.A degree, I was a yooung evanglist, with a strong passionate and very ambious to preach the good news to the world. While it was in my mid 20s, I took a role in pastoring a Church in Lowell, Massachusetts. I had been in the ministry at appromixately 10 years and struggling financially, then I left the ministry to pursue MLM > Multi-Level-Marketing.
MLM is a Non-Tradtional Business: Owned System run on Autopilot And People Work For You.
While I was still in the ministry,a friend introduced me to this opportunity. I was introduced to this amazing opportunity was in early '90. Since then, I never look back. I love this industry so much because of a very low entry level > non-traditional verses traditional business. It does not take a lot of Cash upfront to get started. Some opportunities let you starting FREE for 30 days trial period. While other allow you start for as little as $10 a year for a replicated Website, and with ZERO autoship. For the majority and most of them with as low as under $500, allowing you to start a home based business that potentially making million of dollars. This is the busisess that Robert Kiyosaki talked about in his book entitle "The Business Of The Twenty-First Century." Yet to say the least, some MLM raise their autoships to where the reps are dropping OFF like the flies..If you have never joined one, here is a word of advice, for brand a new rep 60 to 90 days is critical point of whether a rep stick or stall. Or if you have found the right leader to help to take your business to the next level. Join the wrong person, you are DOOMED in this industry!!!
In the past two decades, I had joined over dozens of MLM companies. Also, I had seen a lot of MLM come and go, meaning they were dropping out of the business completely. Some of them, I made money and some of them, I lost money as well. From past experienced, I would say that I joined the WRONG group of people where they had made BIG promises at the beginning. Then after you joined them, look like they disappaired or had falled from the face of the earth: No where to Found. They never picked up the phone and never returned phone call, even after leaving dozen of messages on their voicemail, you sent them Emails and they would never respond to your Email, you got stuck and you became inactive in the business. So a word of advice, before joing any type of home based opportunity, or any type of affiliate marketing, you must "DO YOUR HOMEWORK." The Search Engine, called GOOGLE is a perfect place to start. Google the name of the person that you are about to join an opportunity with. Because there are a lot of Scamms and Spamms out there, just BE CAREFUL. Not all leaders are created Equal. I cannot stress enough because Not all MLM created Equal. Indeed, it is so true for those who join at the inception or at the pioneering stage made the big BUCKS. At the same token, it is also the most challeging. You Must Take A Leap Of Faith > Belief in your product, your company, and yourself.
Most of the companies that I joined seem to have one thing in common. All of them teach "Old School" form of prospecting and recruiting new rep. Here are a few undenying truth: That my sponsor and my upline taught, "you need to make a list of least 25 names in your Warm-Market and qualified those names on a spot, labeling multiple colors coding, Red, Green, Yellow, Purple next to prospect names'. Starting contact the Red first, because they are HOT. Do a house party recruiting and retailing the product, to build customers based. Using a three-foot rule, approach anybody at a Book Store standing with a pulse: showing your Plan to anything that breathe. Do 2-1 recruiting method at Donut shop, meaning You, Your Sponsor and a perfect stranger that you just met. Call and inviting your prospects to a Hotel Meeting. Get business card printed and pass out your card to anybody in front of you or behind you at coffee shop. Buying more leads. Cold calling those leads. Passing out flyers in front of Wal-Mart. Handing out Audio CDs or DVDs to complete strangers that you come in contact with. Send out packets with DVDs about 3 to 5 packets a week with FEDEX. You need to take your DVD, Press Play> and watch with your new prospect at his/her home and call your upline to do a 3-ways." All these approach are "Old School" form of prospecting and recruiting. There is nothing wrong with this approach at all, if you are going a to be a "Bulldog Recruiter" (bulldog:keep biting and never let go) pesting friends and families until they sign the rep application. Some signed because they did not want to be annoyed!
In other word: you become the hunter, hunting or chasing down friends and family members in order to get them involve with your opportunity. I had seen friends and family members stopping returning phone call completely of this approach and they are AVOIDING to be contacted completely. Some even got a big status of NFL> "NO FRIEND LEFT" A Big mistake for all MLM companies is that they are pushing primary opportunity as the first and foremost priority, without providing VALUE to prospect.
Thank to the invention of the INTERNET, Everything is available at our fingertips. Prospects are everywhere. Million upon millions of people are looking and waiting for home based business here and around the world. You are one step away from getting your business to explode or go viral all over the internet. With the explosive grow of Social Media, we are sitting on a Goldmine. Especially with Facebook came with new Mobile Apps, new Apps of Iphone, Google Android, and smart phone > SMS texting, phone marketing campaign, Email marketing, Voice Broadcasting campaign, and cheap postcard, you can operate your business virtually with a push of button, or do this business anywhere with the Internet connection. You can show your MLM opportunity to 1000 of people on autopilot without lift your fingers. Whereas, the "Old School" method you can show your plan to 5-10 people the most in a day. With "new school" you can employ a little army of Robots to show plan to thousands of people. It is called "Copywriting." As a matter of fact, something that is even Bigger than the Internet is about to unveil!!! Hints: You are holding in your hand right now!
Welcome to the new School, new infornation, new technology, in order to attract or magnet other people to you, you Must first GIVE. Either a "How To" booklet you put together, Audio CD, DVD, or Ebook, or something provide Value to the Customer or Prospect. You need to provide something of Value first. Then you build Trust and establish relationship in the process. Also, people need view you as being be an expert or an authority on your field. People need to see if you can lead them to something. If people did not view your as leader, they did not want to follow you. Same true here as well, If a customer did not like you as a person, he or she will always find a way NOT to buy from you. People will always buy from whom they trust. And People will do business with whom they like and trust. TRUST FACTOR IS IMPORTANT. Leaders attract followers. LEADERS ARE READERS. Leaders are constantly reading all the times. A Leader NEVER stops learning and growing as a person. Leaders have must library of book on personal Growth, Personal development/improvement, leadership, Time Management, Economics, Taxes, Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad/Poor Dad Series and a wide range of topics as well. You need to invest in your leadership education as well as in your field. Often times, people in our industry need step-by-step instruction on how to do things. A good leader is a good teacher. A good salesperson may not do well in MLM as well a good teacher. A good teacher teaches others to duplicate whereas a salesperson trying to sell something. DO-IT-FIRST-LEADER OR LEAD BY EXAMPLE. The world is desperate for leadership. Leadership skill can be learned, so is everything in life.
Before considering to join any type of opportunity, you need to ask yourself deep question. WHY YOU JOIN? Why you join this opportunity? Is it about Money? Is it about Freedom? What is your TRIGGER? Is it a time Freedom and you want to be home with your kids? Your WHY must big enough to sustain you when the times get tough because not everything is rosy at the beginning of your endeavors.
Here is some ideas and suggestions about starting a Traditional Business: An Entrepreneur Mindset.
So you have this great idea, and you’re thinking of going into business to capitalize on it. You’re pretty sure that all you need now is a little guidance on how to get started. Starting a business is never easy, and you want to be as prepared as you can possibly be for what may be lurking ahead. With that said, let us do a little litmus test to see if you really want to choose the path of entrepreneur.
The first thing you must understand is that in order to get things up and running, there may be times that you will need to dedicate extra time and energy to your business. These longer hours may cut into what would typically be personal or family time. Are you willing to make that sacrifice?
The second thing you must ask yourself is if you are willing and able to leave your ego at the door. Are you willing to seek out the advice of those who have been there and succeeded in doing what that which you are working to achieve, and are you willing to take that advice? Are you aware of your strengths and your weaknesses, and are you willing to bring on board others who are skilled in the areas in which you are lacking?
How much do you truly desire this? Are you ready to commit to what you are beginning, and see it through to the end? It is here that you will find yourself most greatly challenged. It may challenge everything that you thought you knew about yourself, and then some. Do you have what it takes to absorb the highs and lows of building a business, and do you truly possess the unmitigated drive to succeed?
If you doubt yourself, then do not get started until the time comes that you have the confidence to do what is necessary to prevail. If you can honestly answer yes to all of these questions, then forge onward with my blessings.
The Business Plan
The first thing that a business needs is a good, solid business plan. A business plan is your road map to your final vision. It will help you to focus on exactly what it is that you are trying to accomplish, and how you plan to get there.
It is also crucial to have this written plan when presenting your ideas to others. The ability to visually see your proposed road to success will allow them the chance to develop confidence in your vision, and hopefully, will spark in them the desire to get on board.
Funding
Generally speaking, the bigger the business, the larger the overhead. Understand where your capital is coming from. If you are starting on a smaller budget, then you may want to consider starting out of your home and expanding as finances allow. You may later be presented with an opportunity in which it makes sense to borrow money to grow your business. For this reason, it is be important to work to build or keep a good credit rating so that institutions will be more readily willing to lend.
Entity
You must decide on the type of entity your business will be. Will you be a sole proprietor, or do you want to enter into a partnership? Depending on your situation and your business idea, perhaps a corporation or limited liability company would be a better choice. This decision is an immensely important one, and it may behoove you to seek the advice of a professional or professional organization, such as a CPA or an attorney specializing in the development of professional entities.
You will also want to consider the fiscal year of your business. Depending on your circumstances, you may want to use the regular calendar year as a start and end date, or it may be more beneficial to use different months as start and end dates.
These decisions will have an impact on your tax filings at the end of the year, so choosing the most appropriate entity and fiscal year for your situation will both be very important decisions.
Federal Identification Number
A federal tax identification number, also referred to as an (EIN) Employer Identification Number is given to you by the IRS as a means to identify your business for tax reporting purposes. If you form a business entity, you will certainly need a Federal Identification Number. It is easy to get an EIN, and you can set one up by contacting the IRS. If you decide to establish a professional entity through the means of an outside resource, they will probably get the EIN for you.
Accounting
The method for keeping accounting records will be another choice that you will have to make. There is a variety of accounting software that is available on the market these days that does a very nice job of keeping the books organized. You will want to do some research in this area, since some of the software will be more user-friendly than others, and you want to purchase a software package that will be most appropriate for your circumstances. It is possible, however, to keep records without software, and if you feel that your situation lends itself to a non-computerized method of accounting, then there is nothing wrong with going that route.
Contracts
If you will be presenting contracts or are presented with contracts as a part of your business model, than you may want to discuss them with a licensed professional before implementing them. Make sure they will meet your requirements for personal and professional protection, and, if applicable, that they meet any federal, state, or local regulations, as well.
You want to start your business the right way, and taking the proper initial steps will go a long way in helping you to do that. There have been countless unfortunate situations in which people tried to cut corners when first starting out, only to learn too late that doing something differently in the beginning would have made the difference between success and failure.
Starting a business may feel a little overwhelming in the beginning, especially if you have never done it before, but with guidance from the appropriate professionals and by following a few carefully-plotted initial steps, much of the fear and uncertainty should be lifted, leaving you free to begin your new adventure toward achieving your dreams.
