I truly believe that not only do we have the ABILITY to create we are ALWAYS creating as co-creaters with God. You become what you think about. I know we hear this a lot but think about it today you are the result of your past thoughts. Tomorrow with be the result of your thoughts your thinking today. I'm a constant student and a teacher as well. Let me share ideas with great thinkers and I'm in my perfect place. Put me in a room with small thinkers or people who have hate, anger, fear or just blame everybody for everything and I'm ready to hit the door.

Over the years I've always been eager to learn. I've never been afraid to pay my dues. Time after time I stepped out on faith and God has provided. I applied for a job with a Christian record company to work in the computer department because I wanted to work around computers. I was a shy 19 year old putting myself through computer programming trade school. I was the least experienced for the job, but I was the one most eager to learn. I got the job and met some great people like Amy Grant, BJ Thomas, The Imperials and many more some who became good friends.

I left computer operations to become a computer salesperson. I still remember being terrified when the front door would open, knowing that I would have to go out and say hello to a stranger. I overcame my shyness to become the number one salesperson for that comapany for seven years in a row breaking all sales records by double the previous record. I was still afraid to speak in public but I could do great one on one. It must have been my sheer desire to serve others that took me to the top. I left sales to repair computers, then I got a job with a large consulting firm for more experience. I had to take a position as a cabinet assembly person to get in the door but within 60 days I was part of the consulting staff flying off to South America doing projects for oil companies and central banks. I advanced to Director of Education teaching classes, oh I overcame my fear of speaking in public to the extent that I spoke at national trade shows in front of thousands of people, I even got on the local news as a expert in Windows 95. After the consulting firm I went on to start my own training business landing Microsoft as one of my primary clients in my first year of business. I added State Farm, US ARMY, Dell Computers, IBM Global Support and many others over the next 7 years.

Being tired of execessive traveling I shut down my training business to start network marketing with my wife. We became students of the industry and we learned all we could from the leaders around us. I'd have to say the secret to our success was being coachable and teachable and having a strong work ethic.
