I spent a better part of my life, 19 years to be exact, as a banker.  I held positions in sales and marketing, and advanced to senior management positions as time advanced.  I left the banking world 3 years ago in search of a fulfilling career.  I gave direct selling/marketing an opportunity and have never looked back.  

Recently, I had tremendous success in building a team without any direction or systems in place.  Although it was extremely exciting to meet with people, show them a great industry that can produce wealth beyond belief, I was still building slower than I wanted to and spending more hours doing it.  Then I had the opportunity to meet a dynamic team.  Two brothers that wanted more out of life than what life was giving them.  See, they were doing what 99% of us do, working long hours for income.  Their positions controlled their schedules.  To make a long story short, my efforts in building a residual income was too much like work itself.  I am not Donald Trump.  I do not like working as a hobby.

These brothers introduced me to a system of team building that is putting numbers of people within my organization faster than anything I have seen or come across.  Second, they showed me how to maximize residual income that will continue to flow, even if someone in my organization doesn't succeed because they didn't follow a simple plan.  Third, has given hours a day back to me to spend with my family, what I desire to do over anything.
