Alicia has 7 children with her Husband, Daniel and they live in a beautiful town called Mt. Tabor, nestled on a hillside within a town called Parsippany.  Mt.Tabor used to be a summer camp revival for the Methodist Church that fulfilled a need for those who wanted a more mountainous setting (her sister town is in Ocean Grove, for the beach lovers)  Today, Mt. Tabor has an eclectic group of very talented neighbors, who are like one big family.  Mt. Tabor  is dotted with Victorian homes complete with Gingerbread and other lovely attributes.  Although the streets are narrow, the town's charm more than makes up for it.  Living in a part of town that helps one another is one of Alicia's favorite parts.  Alicia loves to sing with a passion.  Her greatest desire is to be on Broadway.  She would probably try out for American Idol if she were young enough. :)  Alicia loves to garden, growing vegetables for her family in the summer months, including tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, lettuce, green beans and herbs.  She loves to teach.  Ever since she watched Little House on the Prairie and Laura Ingalls became a teacher, that is what she made up her mind to be.  Her wish was granted in motherhood, esl, music and Yoga as she teaches at all 4 practices.  Being an entrepreneur and a great organizer of her time allows Alicia to do what she desires, help others, be at home and do the activities she chooses.  She loves to show others how they could do the same.

Alicia's networking days began in 1991 and has loved being her own boss ever since. After graduating from William Paterson as a Spanish Major with no job prospects and baby Gavin, who she wanted to stay home with, she began with first network marketing company. Alicia saw some results, but not as many as she imagined there would be.  Slowly working her way up the ranks and building a team to a top leadership position, she found a love in leadership and mentorship; but the old networking methods taught to her were not as fruitful.  She imagined it was perhaps the company she was in, and decided to start in a second direct sales company with what she thought looked like a  more lucrative plan!  She was only disappointed to find that it was not moving as fast as she wanted.   In comes a friend who suggested that she brand herself. Not knowing exactly what that meant, she spent the next week grilling her friend to find out what she meant, exactly, and  found out that  branding herself was one of the best things she has ever done.  Today, Alicia's time is spent branding herself and helping others to know the same for FREE.   Engaging the help of a 5 pillar company affords an extremely bright future ahead.  Alicia  looks forward to forging the way ahead and being a light for others to follow.
