My name is Olivier Leca, I'm a french man living in the Netherlands but really a globe-trotter. I lived in the US, Australia, Ireland before settling for a while in the Netherlands with my soul mate and new born baby boy.

Passionated by Personal development since I discovered it & Wealth Creation, I studied these topics a lot in the last 4 years to improve my life - and finally after being a seminar & book junkie - decided to take action -because only applied knowledge has real value.

Today I'm involved in developing MSI - Multiple Streams of Income - in my life, focusing on enjoying the process and sharing what I learned to help others empower their lives. I'm dedicated to CANEI (Constant And Never Ending Improvment) and to help educate people on new life models insuring a different lifestyle based on the most important value to my eyes : FREEDOM - Freedom of time, location and money - Freedom of choice, of worries.

My involvement in Building Successful Home-Based Businesses

After rocky beginnings in the Network Marketing (long hours, little successes), I finally found the secret to find and select the right opportunities. This what you need to look at by order of importance:

1- THE TEAM : Who are the people involved at Corporate level? What is their vision? What are their values? Who else is involved as top leaders and how much support do they really deliver?

I always believe that it was better to learn from someone who "walked the talk" 2- THE SYSTEM : What kind of system is in place to help easy duplication? How easy is that system? Does the company supply free quality leads? What kind of resources are available for training?

3- THE TIMING : Is the service or product that you promote in high demand? is it answering the need of many? Is it at the beginning of a new trend, or even creating one? Is your company in an UNIQUE position in the industry?

4- THE PRODUCT/SERVICE : Is what you promote delivering added-value to your clients straight away? Is it easy to distribute and demonstrate? Is it unique? Are you convinced of its quality?

With these guidelines in mind, I went out in the Industry and searched again.
Now I've found 2 amazing business opportunities scoring high on all the points, got involved and have been promoting them since, re-creating my life.
