"The thing is, we still live in a world that's filled with opportunity. In fact, we have more than an opportunity -- we have an obligation. An obligation to spend our time doing great things. To find ideas that matter and to share them. To push ourselves and the people around us to demonstrate gratitude, insight, and inspiration. To take risks and to make the world better by being amazing. ... You get to make a choice. You can remake that choice every day, in fact. It's never too late to choose optimism, to choose action, to choose excellence. The best thing is that it only takes a moment -- just one second -- to decide." - Seth Godin

As the head media and copy writer at SolutionX, I determine the writing, image, video, and audio needs of each client and work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to create a usable content that converts. My main responsibility is to write, edit or delegate every piece of web, print and media copy for clients and internal projects for SolutionX.
Prior to joining SolutionX, I was a part of the rapid growth of the leading XanGo distributor website MyMangosteen.com as a content creator and customer support manager. I got my start learning the needs and culture of the Network Marketing industry by working for Nu Skin, Big Planet and SportsNuts in the 1990s.
After graduating from Utah Valley University in 2003 with a degree in English, I got my first "real" job as a journalist for The Daily Herald in Provo, UT. There I wrote hundreds of feature articles and film, theater and concert reviews. In addition to writing, I oversaw the weekly production of UV, the paper's weekly entertainment insert.
In his limited spare time, I act in films, commercials and plays and manage the Thrillionaires, a theater improv and workshop training group I co-founded in 2006. We have done regular shows at the Covey Center for the Arts in Provo, UT and other Utah venues such as Sundance. I have been lucky enough to have appeared in more than 50 regional and national commercials, independent films and theatrical productions. I live in Provo, Utah with my wife Amelia and our two children.
