About Me
Well I started my first "brick and mortar" business at the age of 26, I knew from the day that I opened my doors that I would never work for someone again. Ten years later it's still full steam ahead even in this economy. I am a testament to working your @ss off to achieve your dream. I have had my ups and downs (starting with a shoestring budget, recessions, changes in technology that have affected my business, going weeks without paychecks, trying to figure out how I'm gonna pay my bills this month, etc.). When most people would have thrown up their hands and given up I refused to. You know what it's not that I refused, I had no other choice but to make it work. Why? I don't know. But what I did know was that failure was not an option. I still can't describe it today. It had nothing to do with not WANTING to fail, I COULD NOT FAIL. Needless to say after tons of hours, tons of frustration, tons of curse words, my company company started to come together. We have a solid customer base and it's growing everyday. But the story doesn't end there and to be honest I don't think it ever will, the minute I get lazy and sit on my laurels and stop trying to get to the next level will be the minute I retire.
That being said from my love of business I got involved in Network Marketing. I saw the opportunity just as most of us see it and that is a way to make money. It offered the perfect schedule for me, it offered mt the chance to see if I could build something again from scratch, and of course it gave me an opportunity to dust off all those curse words that I mentioned above (just kidding, no not really :)). Anyways, I'm fairly new to the industry, have been involved with it for less than a year, and I'm looking forward to connecting and learning from others in the forum, making new friends and having fun interacting with everyone.
