I am from Cedar City, UT and still living there now. I am the youngest of 4 kids, because of that I had to learn to work harder being the smallest and youngest. I grew up playing sports with the neighborhood kids and as I grew older developed into a starter for my high school basketball team and a 4 year team captain for the soccer team. Both of those taught me over the years of learning how to work smarter and not to be afraid to fail.

I had the great privilege of living in Argentina for a number of years and learning to speak Spanish. I learned the value of working for myself, that no one could put a price tag on my efforts.

I have surrounded myself with extremely successful mentors. Who I am today is a little bit of the best from all of them. I began to read and study any and everything they told me to and began studying to find out how the mind worked and about the power of thinking. Quote "If you just communicate you can get by. Learning the industry of Network Marketing is not easy, there is so much to learn, and not enough accurate places to get it from. I began studying what others were doing that helped them build massive teams, and make millions of dollars.

Talking to industry leaders and top earners from around the industry really helped me know what is possible.

In my study I found some reasons why everyone doesn't always reach their goals.

I see two huge problems with people in this industry

1. They didn't have the proper Team to attract better people into their business.

2. They didn't have an effective system of LEVERAGE to reach exponential growth.

I began studying what made the Big companies Big and the HUGE ones HUGE.

The more I learned the more the more I knew this is how I was going to keep my income to growing.

Even though I was making way more money than the Average income in America, there was still more to learn.
