About Me

Financial freedom, financial independence, great wealth, money from home, part-time income, work from home, flexi time and many more are all words and ideas often used with regard to network or multi level marketing. The same goes for the words “Dream”, “Goal”, “Persistance”, “Work” etcetera and all of them relate perfectly to the subject under discussion.
There are however one word that I believe should have a far more prominent place in the network marketing arena and that word as far as I am concerned is “Luck”. Whow; please do not stone me all the experts !!
I know what the great golfer, Mr. Gary Player said about “luck”, that “the more you practice, the luckier you get” and that, according to my philosophy is exactly what I did.

I had a pretty normal life; left school, went to work in the banking sector for the first ten years, started a business which was inspired by my hobby, had wonderful successes and equally wonderful failures. Closely linked to the building industry which went up and down every now and then, I went the same way every few years, but we made a living very similar to the average person around. Eventually at age 50 I had the worst blow of them all and lost everything; and I mean everything. I had an old horse which we bought for my son for pleasure riding some ten years earlier. I was lucky to get a buyer for just enough to be able to buy a brand new mountain bike; the one that you had to peddle on the gravel alongside the main roads. It had an aluminium frame to make it lighter and an 18 speed gear system for easier peddling; remember I was 50. All I could get was a lousy job in a security company’s control room for a hardly mentionable tip. But the only thing that can be started from the top, was a hole, I was told. Good friends offered me an opportunity to earn some extra money on my days off when I worked night shift and I was introduced to network marketing. Selling educational toys to young mothers with babies and small kids and delivering the boxes of puzzles and plastic blocks and stuff with a rucksack on my back from my bicycle, wasn’t easy at all, but I enjoyed seeing and talking to the people and I needed the extra cash. The health industry was a booming industry at the time and I joined one of the great companies, telling people how quick they can become rich by joining. I knew they laughed behind my back when I greeted and left on my bicycle. “You need to lead by example”
I’ve read somewhere and I quited. Later on I’ve joined one or two other companies mainly because I was asked by friends, but buying products, using products, delivering products etcetera wasn’t wat I wanted to do after hours. I have in the meantime landed a very nice job as a salesman and the part-time income wasn’t a necessity any more. I did however miss the sales training, the personal development and the constant interest people had in my networking progress. I started reading books, listening to CD’s and studying network marketing on the internet to such an extend that I am today absolutely passionate about the system and with a firm belief that there can be no better system for anybody to become a successful person, with all the fantastic advantages linked to it.
At the young age of almost 62 I have started my own business again and it’s going well. I realised however that I’ll need a residual income in the not too distant future and I seriously considered finding a company to join.
Then I got “Lucky”. A friend introduced me to a brand new company, with brand new products, great cash savings on some of my present expenses,
no physical products to buy, use or deliver and a super compensation plan.
Isn’t this absolute proof that Gary Player was right when he said: “The more you practice, the luckier you get.” If I did not study and practice the network marketing techniques and personal development courses, books, CD’s etcetera over the past twelve years, that helped me become successful and proud of my accomplishments, I could have been in the “Gutter” so to say.
I am not nearly financially independent; but I know what I can reach in the next five or six years and if anybody want to, join me, grow with me or just watch me. You won’t believe it. Today there are people who knew me 12 years ago, who can’t believe when they see me. I’ts going to happen again because history repeats itself.

Finally, I am not a script writer. I am not a business coach and I am not a promotional speaker. Nothing that I can tell or teach you will be from me, but only from what I learned from very professional and extremely talented people from all over the world. I can however help you find the lessons that I have learned from these many wonderful people.

And the last word is one that I’ve learned from the late Mr. Jim Rohn.
He said:
"Human beings have the remarkable ability to turn nothing into something. They can turn weeds into gardens and pennies into fortunes."

My goal for the next five years is to do just that.

Thankyou for reading my story and may you be what you wish to be.
