I have a 36-year history in senior roles in public and private sectors, corporate and clinical organisations, out on my own as a consultant/clinical researcher/trainer since 1993. The glass ceiling was something I never considered bothering with :-)

My clinical and business texts are published world wide by McGraw-Hill and Jarir and I run a number of support sites for business people, as well as for patients.

I researched the world of MLM many years ago and didn't like what I found, so with Jon Taylor devised the "MLM Code of Ethics" which I think still stands today as a decent ideal for network marketing companies.

One thing that really stood out to me was that there was no way for network marketers to appeal to non-mlm people so the very people who could do the best with this business because of their strong existing business expertise weren't being engaged in any meaningful or dignified way. That's why I'm so busy compiling marketing material that speaks strongly to these high-calibre professionals, and opens a dialogue leading to engagement with network marketing generally as a bona fide business model.

I have to say this is my primary focus now, and the main reason I'm here, to spread the news that this valuable free marketing material is available, and is growing!
