I am new to this kind of network marketing. I have been involved in a mlm business for almost 4 years with up & down success. I FINALLY looked at the Magnetic sponsoring book after about 2 months.

It made sense what Mike Dillard was saying. I already knew about working the business by sharing the product & the business, but I was having a challenge in keeping people that might want to grow their business.

I have read most of the books that Mike recommends. Think & Grow Rich, by Napoleon hill, & some that are not on Mike's list. Shad Helmsteddter "The Gift" & Micheal Clouse. Working on myself & self esteme has always been important to me.

Fo me to be a part of this group of networkers is very exciting. I have never done this before. I was not a "Myspacer" or blogger. So, it is important to me to get started. Oh well if I mess up.
