The Struggle...

Is there such a thing as finding bliss online while building a business? I tend to think so.

By bliss I mean where you don't struggle anymore.... not struggling to create leads or generate traffic. You know where you're going and you know how you're going to get there. It's a marketer's nirvana in some sorts, but it's a place most marketers never get to.

You see that was me awhile ago (see picture)... no, I was not a man LOL...but I was sure as heck frustrated. It seems at times I was running between mad and frustrated.

In fact this picture has really become my symbol - almost like as a "fog horn" for other network marketers who have been struggling to "figure" it out...to now find their way.

If you've been shifting around in your business trying to find that magic bullet works well here's my story on what I found...

But first, a little bit more about myself...

Just an Ordinary California Gal!

I'm a southern California native...born and raised who loves great weather, beaches, mountains...and everything else California has to offer. I like hiking, shopping...especially make-up shopping, hitting up day-spas every now and then.

When I'm not partaking in any of those activities you can find me online building my business and showing other people how to do the same. I've been an online entrepreneur really since the mid 1990's so I've seen how far the Internet has come.

In fact a few years ago I started my Internet marketing training ezine called The 'Net Insider as a way to help budding Internet marketers learn the basics of Internet marketing so they wouldn't have to go through the deep learning curve I had to endure.

Network Marketing Training - Oh Let Me Count the Courses I've Bought!

I pretty much struggled with network marketing until I realized that I was missing an important ingredient. And it's the same darn ingredient a lot of people are missing in their business. In fact it's the root cause of people jumping around from program to program.

And system to system...

Network marketing training of yester-year focused on getting the right "script",  making a list of every friend, family member and acquaintance that's ever known you and hard pitching them your opportunity.

Ok, that may have worked for some people...but did it work for you?

You either do some of that "old" stuff...or learn how to do the one ingredient...

And that's learning how to market.

Internet and Network Marketing

There hasn't been a better combination since chocolate and peanut butter...really.

I looked really hard at this thing called Internet marketing in a way I've never looked at it before...as a network marketer. I saw that it could be a very valuable tool if taught how to use it the right way.

Luckily for me I've met a few good mentors along the way that made me see the "connection" on how to leverage it in such a way that I now make consistent multiple residual checks every single month.

I am a complete business owner who happens to have a distributorship.

If you're anything other than a complete business owner, you're building a business on a deck of cards...and you'll lose everytime.

Someone once told me that the network marketing business model doesn't translate in the real world...

What most people are taught about network marketing keeps them broke and struggling.

What I've learned over the years has made a huge impact on the way I do business as an online entrepreneur.

Thanks to people like Mike Dillard, network marketers are finally starting to "get it."

Fast forward today and I like to show people how to get more out of themselves...and ultimately their business.

 You are your business.

The astonishing thing is that there are just as many people struggling now than a few years ago...except now they're struggling online.

It doesn't have to be that way.
