About Me
Where to begin.... My general background is in the liquor industry, I attained my first job in a liquor store as a stock boy while I was attending DeVry University. I jumped from liquor store to liquor store each time taking a higher position and a higher pay. I made a lot of connections moving around and as an entrepreneur I always found ways to utilize the connections. So I opened a promotional model company as my first business. I had a list of girls and as the liquor companies (Budweiser, Grey Goose, Hennessy, and so on) set up promotions in stores or bars they would call me and I would send the girls to the event. This was a great way to make money and pay my way through college but it was also a big headache. Most of the girls were unreliable and didn’t show up, so I would get calls from unhappy customers.
After I graduated college I realized quite quickly that the field I went to school for was not for me. I got a job with Hewlett Packard and immediately went back to the liquor industry. Now I loved my job but just like any other job your income is limited. At this time I tried everything to make money. I opened a company and when that didn’t work I opened another one. I tried every work at home business that came across my email inbox and lost a lot of money doing it.
Then I got a email from an old friend of mine asking me if I keep my options open for making extra money. I felt like this guy was reading my mind. He went on to tell me about a business that he was building with his wife and he was making really good money doing it. I was excited before I even saw the opportunity. I thought that if he can be successful with it, then I could surely do it. Little did I know, I was getting introduced to my first MLM business. He showed me the plan and drew the circles and said within 6 months you can make this much and I was sold. I went to every meeting and did everything my upline told me to. I had about a 80% sponsoring rate, which was great. But unfortunately I was the only one on my team sponsoring. Eventually I ran out of people to talk to and I wasn’t the type of person to stand in malls and strike up conversations.
Thats when I started my quest, there had to be another way to get leads. I started reading and researching and reading and researching. I went from website to website learning what tools the top producers were using and jumped right in.
