Prior to creating Terminal Wealth, Inc. Mr. Ellis was an entrepreneur in the health care field taking a start up medical practice to multimillion dollar business in less than 5 years with a staff of only two. Current CEO of T&D Ventures, LLC and Terminal Wealth Inc. both of which are small portfolio companies. Prior to that he worked in the securities and insurance industries, holding licenses in both fields including securities series 6, 7 and 63.

Mr. Ellis studied finance & economics in undergraduate school at Central Michigan University and received his Post Doctorate from Palmer College. He also studied at University of Iowa and Marycrest College. Mr. Ellis has studied turn around deals, financial platforms and created a financial platform via Switzerland. He has been mentored by top, world renowned marketers and top advisors on a private level for strategic thinking and deal flow creation. Mr. Ellis is also well educated in the commodities trading markets and has structured several large commodity deals.
