About Me
Katrina had begun her incredible journey 10 years ago and has evolved into a dynamic and inspiring person. Coming from simple beginnings, with South American parents settling in the outskirts of Sydney, Katrina learnt the value and rewards of persistence as her parents adopted a new country.
Katrina began her career as a paralegal in a boutique firm and quickly learnt that she had to do something different to reach her dreams. After several years, Katrina moved into a senior role in an investment house. Katrina acquired the necessary knowledge and experience to begin creating her own investments and goals around what she is passionate about, PROPERTY! By the time she was 28 years old she had four investment properties, property trust portfolio, and multiple income streams and business owner. In spite of this, Katrina had this vision of creating passive income to provide the family the choices, financial freedom and lifestyle that we have always dreamed for.

Katrina quickly learnt the value of self education and personal development touring the USA, Canada and Australia. Coupled with this, her energy, enthusiasm and willingness to work enabled her to create the freedom and lifestyle she enjoys today. Katrina’s passion is to continue to help others grow to become financially independent and to realise their dreams.
What an inspiration Dennis is. At a tender age of 29 in 2008, he became the youngest Chief Financial Officer for a Fortune 500 company …what an achievement. This shear determination, leadership and vision was present early on. Dennis commenced working as an Accountant for his fathers’ home based Electrical Business by the age of 17 years old, whilst simultaneously completing a degree in Bachelor of Commerce as well as being assigned a Black Belt in the Art of Kosho Shorei Ryu Kempo. This is a TRUE indication of strength of mind Dennis posses and a love of a challenge…
SPEAKING OF A LOVE OF A CHALLENGE…
Dennis has won endless trophies and medals in swimming and had a particular talent in Butterfly. He was picked to represent Australia in Basketball at the age of 15 years old. He won 2 world championships back to back in karate. The stage is no stranger to him as he performed traditional folkloric dancing for 3 years.
Having established multiple levels of income stream through property investment, share portfolio and learnt from some poor investment choices, Dennis is now dedicating his time towards his wife and children and developing a passive income stream that can be passed on through generations to come. This is the type of person you certainly want to join forces with.
