These are characteristics I have and continue striving to improve them. Started my work career in direct sales building to the top position of management within the company.  Started my own outsourcing agency using contractors who worked from home. Then back into the direct sales industry and network marketing.

As in any business, you must first build relationships. Attraction marketing is the term used most often but it is not new. I am on a renegade marketing team to help others market their businesses both online and offline. A great marketing offline tool is sending cards to people. I show people how this can work for their businesses.

Added to all this, I am a real estate investor. This is a new industry for me yet it is based on building relationships ... nothing new here.

What I enjoy most is coaching others so they can achieve all they want to be.
