My Story;

Where it all began:

I first got involved in the industry in 99 i was fresh out of high school and in my first year in college. In order to keep my social life going I got a job at a local hotel as a bellhop working on tips. As someone who oversaw people going in and out I started to help out on weekly basics this well dressed mid 30’s man named Derik who always tipped me $20.00 to transfer his materials to the meeting hall. I attended his next meeting where I was overwhelmed by testimonials of others and the money potential that came along with by working as much as I was working as a bellhop.

I invested couple of hundred dollars to get started got my kit and was told that my territory is my sphere influence and that I just have to spread the word and the product will sell itself.

Change Of Heart

Even though my parents were totally against it I started hustling and pretty soon when our neighbors friends and even relatives saw me they just ran in the opposite direction. I did make some sales and did get couple people in to the business but when I calculated the stress and the annoyance and the TIME it took me to get these people it wasn’t just worth it… Just like the 95% of the industry I shut that door got my real estate license and joined the family business.

The Good Times;

I was very fortune to get into real estate at the right time and join the right team (my parents) who were already in the business for the past 10 years. In the next 7 years I have build a huge team and was one of the first real estate agents in my local market to take the real estate business online. I studied PPC extensively attended webinars even hired a web team. From 02-08 my team has made over 30 million in sales. But the good times ended as the bubble burst and once again I was searching for something else to do to keep up my expensive habits.

Light Bulb

It was sometime in 2008 when browsing online and saw an article on affiliate marketing with having extensive background in PPC I decided it was no brainer and started to promote products that I truly believed on used myself. Then one night as I was updating my campaign I got a call from one of my friends that told me that I am stupid for not having a facebook profile because all our friends were on it. That night I went on facebook created my profile as I created my profile I saw to the right ADS that kept popping up just like google ads. I went and did my research and was shocked on the cost per click and how many people were on facebook this was a gold mine. In the next 9 months I did nothing but buy up every book take every course that I can to learn social media I must have spend to date over 20,000 on courses/training and coaching. I must say that just using social media it has really paid off.

As of I write this email I have build in a little more than a year 7 fb groups in 3 difference niches totaling over 30,000 members and have 4 fan pages that total over 35,000 fans combined…
