Originally from Massachusetts, Derek specializes in gated, golf, and waterfront communities in Naples, Florida. As for his personal life, Derek enjoys spending  most of his free time with his children, Brooke & Sydney.  "Whether it be a trip to the playground, beach, pool, or Disney World, my passion for life and drive for success starts with my two daughters."  As for role models, Derek considers his mom and dad the most influential people in his life.  Derek also believes in giving back to his industry.  "Upon arriving in Naples, Florida, I had the amazing opportunity to be mentored by one of the brightest real estate minds in all of Southwest Florida.  Without asking for anything in return, this person went out of their way to help me grow as a Naples Real Estate Agent.  I would not have become the successful Realtor that I am today without their support."  In following with that "pay it forward" philosophy, Derek spends much of his free time helping other Realtors by mentoring and sharing his personal real estate experiences.  As for additional activities, Derek enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, basketball, sports cars, movies, and professional sports.  As a New Englander, his favorite teams are the Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtics, and New England Patriots.
