Derek Bayer

I am an online and brick and mortar business owner and entrepreneur.  Born and raised in Erie, Pa.  I developed a strong work ethic at an early age.  Too young to be added to payroll, I began sweeping parking lots, collecting aluminum and delivering newspapers and quickly learned that I could control my own financial situation.  I worked hard and played hard as a youngster.  From being class president in high school to coaching the boxing team after graduation, leadership roles were attained early on in my life.

I attended Penn State University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.  I went on to match my degree with my experience in restaurants, which was my main source of income while in school.  I went from assistant manager to Director of Operations in 2 short years.  A passion for customer service was found in the restaurant business but nights, weekends and traveling were not going to be conducive to family life.  I then joined the mortgage industry where I applied my commitment to customer service and became the top producer at my branch in just 2 months after joining the team.  After rising to Director of Operations for a Mortgage Bank,  it was time to launch my own business and I founded Maximum Mortgage Services in 2002.

I am now married to a wonderful wife, Sherri and we have 3 beautiful children, Max, Mikayla and Michael.  We believe in the value of giving back to the community and we are very involved in local charities.  I sit on the board of directors of the Pauline Auberle Foundation and am the volunteer chairman for their biggest fundraiser, Voices Carry.

Network Marketing has become my passion.  The internet has opened up new doors for income opportunities and I recognize the opportunity to create a Residual Income online.  I work this business with the mindset that "One Can only achieve great success by assisting others in attaining their success".  The direct selling business model has become my way to financial freedom.
