Born the son of a Lutheran minister and a very loving mother with 5 boys in our family I would not give up my upbringing for anything. We moved around to different parts of the country while growing up and I was able to experience different cultures and a vast variety of personalities. My Dad and Mom led by example in displaying honesty, empathy and the value of long term relationships and making God first in our life.
I’m 53 yrs young and happily married for 32 yrs to my High School sweet heart Marguerite and we have been blessed with two fantastic boys Ryan 28 and Nick 25.
Growing up in a very competitive family I was always involved in sports and have since continued enjoying life through golf, tennis and platform tennis while developing enjoyable past times building stone walls, gardening and travel. In the last 4 yrs since our boys have graduated I have enjoyed working on projects with them (Ryan bought a house in 2007) and having fun with Nick playing soccer and watching him ride his 4 wheeler.
With only a high school education and a few college courses my work career has spanned numerous jobs and positions starting with Pfizer Inc. working in production then moving up to Analytical research labs where I stayed for a total of 16 yrs. On the motivation of a bet from a co-worker who said I could not sell real estate and make people happy I jumped into the real estate business during a very bad market of 1988. Working full time at Pfizer and full time at real estate I was able to leave Pfizer after just one year and built a very successful real estate business, but after 20 yrs of working 7 days a week I have been looking for another career.
Many late nights and searching I finally discovered a business model that anyone (including myself) could follow and make a very serious six figure income. I could work from home, control my income and my time and build a strong residual income that would allow us to help our kids and give us the money and time freedom that everyone dreams about.
