Don Worrell

Hey Guys,
My name is Don Worrell and I have a great story to tell you that most of you might relate too. Most of my network marketing career I was a no body, sponsored by some kid that didn't even achieve his first pin level in my prior company (and never did). He never called, never trained, never built, and never was a LEADER. You see not to get side tracked but I believe leadership is an "art" of LEADING BY EXAMPLE. When I was in the Marine Corps training to be an officer I was taught to lead by example. People do not really know what that means. Nevertheless, I decided to do some research because the current company that I was enrolled in was number 8 in the entire industry sales wise (out of 10,000!), didn't really help me accomplish my goals. The highest income earner in the entire company was only pulling in about 300,000 dollars a month really isn't a lot to brag about based on other companies. But then as I researched more there was one company that BLEW ALL THE OTHERS OUT OF THE WATER! But again the company really didn’t seem to matter (BUT IT DID HELP). It was the TEAM and the SYSTEM..... Most of you would agree that if you PERSONALLY had multi dollar earners holding your hand to build an EMPIRE you would be better off. The system was proven and tested 24/7.
Standing back looking I decided to call a distributor. I didn’t want to be recruited but it turned out he didn’t even MENTION the company at all. He just explained to me the FACTS of the industry and how to succeed. You see that was what got me motivated from the start.
So as time went on I decided that company was a better fit for me, my family and my friends so I joined. NOW THIS ISNT HERE TO GET YOU TO BELIEVE ONE COMPANY IS BEST FOR ALL. In some cases it is, but for other reasons people become emotionally attached to companies.
However, today I hope to help anyone who wants to learn more about the INDUSTRY. I believe when the student is ready the teacher will appear. And that is exactly what I hope to do without all the hype.
Currently a famous multi billionaire said this quote “I can sell sh**, with a great team, vision and system!”
There are millions of people in the world that will tell you their company is the best and no one can compare. But when it gets put on paper only a few companies prevail.
