Donna Valdes

Donna was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. After attending University of Toronto, she moved to Florida and started a career in law.

She became the first Senior Paralegal III at Raymond James Financial, the only non-NYC Wall Street Firm. She knew the struggles of maintaining a corporate job, choosing many times between family and her work. While the pay was excellent and she felt accomplished at work, she often compromised family time for her employer. Frustration soon set in, especially after realizing she hit the preverbal “glass ceiling”. Indeed, she reached the maximum capacity of her career and was faced with either being content in her current job, going to law school to become an attorney, or finding something completely new. The homebased business/network marketing was an industry that she investigated, and ultimately chose. She knew that in order to never hit that “glass ceiling” again, she would have to be in business for herself. She learned about leveraged income, residual income and what she was already family with; linear income and decided to dedicate her full time efforts to developing her network marketing career.

Today, Donna is a “self-retired” corporate executive who no longer has to choose between family and work. She is an accomplished leader of the network marketing industry with over 14 years experience. Her career started in Rexall Showcase International where she learned from great masters of the industry. She honed her skills, through failures and successes. Her fascination and expertise of the Internet made her a valuable mentor to the Rexall Showcase family. She was part of the Internet Committee that rolled out Rexall.com, one of the first internet business tools of the industry.

In March 2005, she was asked to join a new company,  Waiora International. Today, her business spans the world including distributors from Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, USA and Canada. She has received various recognition and awards including being a Top Enroller for 2006 and 2007 and a multitime Top Performer Winner in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Her compassion, determination and integrity have made her team a strong success.
