How did this all start?

Seven months after being enlisted into the Singapore Army, Don was introduced to network marketing by a friend from his school days. Being the naïve 19 year old that he was, Don thought that he’s finally found The Answer and jumped straight in, doing everything his uplines told him to.

Don experienced reasonable success in his MLM opportunity. However, he’s had a hard time passing on that success to his downlines.

Becaused it involved really silly stuff like making a list of everyone he knew, and then calling them up for an appointment to pitch the product or business.

Now there is nothing wrong with Traditional Warm Market Prospecting Methods, just that it took a hell lot of hard work and time to make a lot of money. Plus it was a challenge to train his downlines and keep them motivated. Drop out rates were so high it was like trying to fill a leaking bucket.

Initially, having zero business experience was ideal because ‘ignorance on fire’ helped him rise up the levels quickly. But once the fog cleared, Don was left pretty burned out.

Because he had gone through all his friends and family…

Spent hours hanging around malls hoping to catch a passer by to join his team…

Spent more hours and dollars on recruiting via ads…

And the only stuff his uplines could tell him was: ‘you just have to make more calls’, ‘place more ads’, ‘talk to more people’, ‘raise your belief in the company and products’, and all that bullshit.

Something had to be done.

One evening, everything changed.

No, it wasn’t because Don decided to stop listening to his upline (although eventually he did).

Don was searching online for a solution, and that’s when he discovered Mike Dillard and his killer omgwtfbbq Magnetic Sponsoring program.

With a tiny little budget, Don dove head-first into the realm of internet marketing. Lo and behold, Don started having people come to him instead, using the exact methods found in Magnetic Sponsoring.

Meanwhile offline, Don had started to attract paying customers instead of chasing after prospects who couldn’t care less about his company’s products. Also using the techniques taught in Magnetic Sponsoring.

To sum it all up…

Well, Don didn’t have his breakthrough with network marketing until he started learning about real world business and marketing from sources outside of his company. These results would never happen for other people either as long as their company remained their only source of training.

Having finally tasted the results of a system that he can use to leverage his efforts, going back to the caveman days of warm market prospecting and cold calling was definitely a no-go. Don has since set up this blog as a useful training resource for existing downlines and many more to come, so that they, too, can replicate his success.
