    Thanks for stopping by to view my profile page. Let's get things straight right off the bat. I'm new at this but very eager to learn and use the knowledge that I gain from this to help myself as well as other people. So let's get started.

    What would you like to know? Well, I'm 61 years old, retired last year, full time RV'ing around the great USA, married 38 years to my best friend & lovely wife Kathy. We have raised 3 children; 2 girls & 1 boy, all out on their own with family's which has gave us a total of 5 Grandchildren to date.

    I was a foster child, raised on a farm in Illinois by 2 wonderful foster parents. I was taught right from wrong and anything worth doing was worth doing right the first time. I have tried my best to live up to that statement all my life. After High School; compliments of Uncle Sam, I was given a 3 year vacation in the U S Army. Got to see a lot of this World, experienced things that were good and then there was some things that were not so great. But ,thats life, you learn by doing.

    Came out of the Army, went right to work, learning new things. Went from truck driver to Machinist in a factory, on to learning Tool & Die work, which after 10 years I had to give up because of injurys I received while in Viet Nam. Had to get off the concrete floors. So, I went to work for the Parks & Recreations Department in Conway, Arkansas where we had moved to from Illinois. Anyway, I put in 10 years there, had a chance to retire, so here I am.

    We sold our house & acreage, bought a truck, and a 34' fifth wheel camper which is now our home. Started traveling and after a spell, took on a workamping job in Texas for 3 months. Now we are here in Las Vegas, Nevada where our son lives, helping them out with our 5th Grandbaby. Just kicked back, enjoying life, and learning new things. Thanks for reading my rambeling on.
