Hi,

My name is Dwain Carbon and I reside on the beautiful island of St.Maarten. Unlike many people on this Magnetic Sponsoring community site, I come from an island that literally has a 0% success rate of any body that ventured into the Network Marketing arena, and that's the basis that brought me here today.

I'm a 23 year old youngster that decided to stick my neck out when all of the odds were against me, by being the very first MLM successor in my country, and though it's a very compelling driving force, I guess I just did not envision the road being so rough.

And I'm sure many you will agree on that...

6 years ago I made a decision to join the Network Marketing arena. At the time I was a 17 year old kid still in high school being opposed by an entire country who believed that this industry was a lazy mans excuse for doing nothing. I somehow begged to differ. During my first 4 years in this industry I did nothing but fail miserably (atleast I thought I did, not realising that my experiences were priceless)  validating all of the negatives that had been said about my new venture. This was offcoarse until I discovered Magnetic Sponsoring.

I'm not saying this as a form of advertisement to Magnetic Sponsoring, afterall Mike most lilely haven't even heard of me, or my story before, but I'm saying this to say that Magnetic Sponsoring was the changing point of my MLM carrier.

Network Marketing have made me quite of a talker, so I'm going to get to the point here.

Throughout the last 2 years using the Magnetic Sponsoring and my own discoveries through trial and error, I was able to sponsor almost 1,000 distributors in my past company, making me the most achieved MLM'er in my island. I however measure my success by a whole different spectrum, but then again thats a whole other story.

Magnetic Sponsoring and it's state of the art Traffic Formula course have equipt me with the know how and the confidence to approach this industry totally different, by making me the LEADER I ought to be to succeed in this industry.

I've now made a very bold step to partner with a new company, whose goal is to create it's own self sustaining charity by doing Business through Benevolence.

This is my first month with this business and I'm so excited that because of my changed mindset, I've committed that first month to create a system that in collaboration with Magnetic Sponsoring is going to create a platform for my partners that would toally take FAILING out of the equation.
