About Me
Greetings Fellow Networkers,
I grew up in NJ and have lived in CA for the past 25 years. I have been married for 24 years and have two wonderful college aged kids. I spent 23 years in the power sports industry working for the worlds largest automobile, motorcycle, power equipment, watercraft and power train manufacturer. Additionally I have been involved with the networking industry for over 20 years. I have had the amazing opportunity to be a Presidential founding member of a few MLMs and even had the number one genealogy position in an organization. I built some really big teams, it was great. I love the business, met some brilliant people and developed some incredible life changing relationships. Unfortunately after many years of hard work I discovered the MLM promise of ongoing residual income elusive. Most of you reading this know exactly what I mean. MLMs have life cycles, it's just a fact of the business model. I rode many a wave and made a ton of operational cash but as time went on the businesses plateaued and the residual income I was after never materialized. This is not an unusual story and it's not good or bad, it's just the way it is in the MLM industry. Well, my wife had a friend who's mom fixed & flipped houses and then leveraged the profits into rental property. In a couple of years she had major income from rental properties...positive residual cash flow. That experience was always running in the background of my wife's mind. Many times over the years we had brief conversations about real estate but we never took action. In 2007 when the automotive industry took a major downturn and I was right sized out after 23 years of service. I had some downtime on my hands so I decided to really look at true wealth creation and I kept coming up with the same conclusion. Those who created real lasting wealth and the residual income I was looking for did it through real estate. Even if their primary business was not real estate they took their large sums of operational cash and put it in real estate. The lightbulb went off. At that moment I discovered I wasted tons of money on liabilities (cars, toys, elaborate homes and other stuff). I see now I should have focused on buying assets (things that put money in my pocket like the positive cash flow from rental property). Had I done that I would have increased my wealth ten fold by now. Now we own multiple real estate holding companies, are private lenders, have rental property across the country and do some amazing things with commercial property. Think of the possibilities. The biggest thing I discovered is most investment real estate can be purchased using NONE of your own money or credit. That's just the way seasoned investors do it BUT you must be properly educated and have the right mentors. For those of you who are making five to six figures a month from your MLM activities I hope you are putting that in real estate. I guarantee you are paying way, way to much in taxes. If you CPA or tax professional is not advising you to purchase at least one rental property a year you need to fire them, they have already cost you tens of thousands of dollars. For those of you who are weary of the up and down MLM cycles and are tired of moving from one deal to the next and rebuilding your team then do yourself a favor and consider real estate investment. It will provide all the things MLM promises to provide but just can't. Real estate is a relationship based networking business, use your current skill set, get educated and put yourself on the true path to wealth. I am not a real estate professional (Realtor, broker) I am an investor, there is a huge difference in the two. So, if you are looking for a new, out of the box opportunity please contact me. I know the MLM game very well so we can have a real conversation on the realities of the business. Someone helped me reach my goals please let me help you reach yours.
