ERICA WILLIAMS-MICHAEL

My name is Erica Williams-Michael, Ph.D.  I am 29 years of age.  I earned a Ph.D. at the age of 26 and have not actually needed to use it.   I have been working for myself and sucessfully networking for approximately 5 years.  I am no longer employed by anyone, I contract myself to help others build their dream.  You can never get rich working for someone else and living their dream. 

I am currently an Operations Manager/ Event Coordinator for Wealth Builders of the World (WBW) and public speaker for MS Dept. of Education. I administer various profit and non-profit operations for WBW with U.S. and International entities. The description of my duties include: determining and formulating policies of the overall direction of the company, planning events, directing operations, and coordinating activities with the help of executives and staff managers. I produced and conducted training for staff, employees, elementary teachers, volunteers, and community members in subjects such as: customer service, corporate operations, evolving management: utilizing employees given learning styles, grant and proposal writing, reading comprehension, reading fluency, how to create effective power point presentations, inculcating online education into the current curriculum, e-operations, research and statistics, Microsoft Applications, and creating business documents.   During my tenure with WBW, I had the pleasure of instructing at Virginia College of Jackson, MS. I taught the following subjects:  Career Explorations, Customer Service, Microsoft Applications, Word Processing, Keyboarding, and hosted various professional development sessions.
