About Me

Erik Dalton, Ph.D. earned clinical psychology/philosophy degrees from the University of Oklahoma. An traumatic neck injury spurred a self healing inquiry into the neurologic relationship between muscles and joints. He serves as the Executive Director of the Freedom from Pain Institute which is dedicated to the research and treatment of chronic pain conditions. He teaches these Myoskeletal Alignment techniques in seminars across the country and offers videos, books and home study courses online.
