I'll explain but first let me introduce myself. My name is Erik Shear I live in the heart of Denver Colorado with my K9 Muse Spuds. I have struuggled for years building business ranging from brick and mortar corporations to home business franchises to network marketing.  Seriously I am what you call "psychologically unemployable"! I hate working for other people unless it's on my terms...  After years of failure, frustration and employment I finally discovered what I had been searching for a long time... Magnetic Sponsoring.    I can honestly say that book changed my life.  The lessons learned in that book just clicked with me and I immediately went out and got MLM Traffic Formula, after which led me to learn from incredible marketers like Mike Dillard, Yanik Silver, John Reese, Frank Kern and others...  However I realized that in learning all of internet marketings secrets and learning how to write copy that makes my propects fall over themselves to join my business and, teaching my friends and peers to do the same I was forgetting about one key element...  Actually building my own business! I had spent all this time learning but not implementing and thats when I realized that the real one true skill to being successfull in anything is to take FOCUSED ACTION... Duh, easy right? Not so for me so I figured out what I really needed and that was a swift kick in the ass... 

Fast forward to today my business I now blossoming and I coach other Network Markters and Home Base Business owners to grasp and implement the concepts presented in Magnetic Sponsoring and from Internet Marketing.  In addition to teaching others how to market I coach them to take action and to keep focused until they see results.
