Let me share with you a little bit about my backround. My passion is to do God's work and we all know that God is all about wisdom. . I believe that generosity begets prosperity. I've also learned that, out of all that you gain, you only get to keep that which you teach or share with others. Thats why I'm eager to share with you everything that I know.

If I can find leaders to do the same for others, together we are doing a good portion of God's will by changing lives and setting people free.

My trade growing up was carpentry. I guess you can say that I'm a builder. I always loved being part of building things that others can enjoy and benefit from. And I think that what the construction industry did for me was, plant that seed of purpose in me. What I mean by that is, I realized, that I was getting enough satisfaction and a sense of purpose by being part of building and creating. I began to see that through my efforts and my passion I was actually building something others will benefit from long after I was gone. And that became my passion. Except my ambition and dreams did not let me stop there. My focus began to shift to building people. And the construction industry wasn't going to give me the lifestyle that I wanted to lead.

I also wasnt seeing to many construction workers driving Ferrari's and living in mansions. And most importantly I wasnt seeing construction workers changing or improving people's lives

So there is where my quest began to find the lifestyle that  I wanted.

I always knew that picking up books that successful people wrote would give me glimpse and pieces of what rich people did and why they were rich.

One of my first books that I picked up among all others that I read was Rich Dad Poor Dad.

This book was handed to me by a real good friend and leader.

Which also called me and mention to me these new online marketing formulas. I will tell you more about him later.

What Rich Dad Poor Dad revealed to me was that I was never going to live the lifestyle that I wanted by simply having a job.

You dont get rich by having a job, rich people get rich by having employees working for them or their money working for them while they sleep.

Because you are only one person with a limited time in a day, residual income is a very important concept in your success.

I knew I needed to leverage myself somehow. but there was only one problem, I didnt have money to start a small business, more less have  the money needed to invest it.

So I tried Network Marketing, a perfect way to leverage myself by recruiting and building a powerful team.

Wow what a break I thought, "I work hard recruiting and training my team to be succesful and I can multiply my efforts with out  all the hard work".

This is what Robert Kiyosaki was talking about. I thought this was going to be the begining of my legacy, the vehicle to my soo desired lifestyle.  

Well needless to say the pay was ok, I was selling my product to companies as an employee benefit.

A real good way of leveraging my time because I would do one presentation infront of 25 or 45 employees and the majority signed up.

 But that was not going to create my wealth. It actually felt like just another job. I just couldnt settle for a job.

I needed to remember the inspirational words of Robert Kiyosaki,"Rich people have people working for them or their money working for them".

So This is where I talk about my good friend Dan Dimit.
He and I have been working the same business. He tells me,"Hey you have to check this out on You Tube" and I did.

Together we did some research, and we came to find out that their is a whole new way of marketing that very few people in the industry knew about.

This was the beginning of a whole new success story. ONLINE MARKETING! WOW! what an impact this has had in our business and Leadership.
Now Im leveraging my time using technology, people are joining my team while I sleep at night or spending time with my family.

Robert Kiyosaki didnt write about this. He said you must leverage your time with employees, not technology. And why shouldn't we,if we are so advanced in technology. Thats because  only a few leaders know the secret and they are spreading the news fast. I don't blame them, most of the leaders in the industry are givers just like me and they are building teams just like me.

One thing is for certain, I will never market the old fashion way, Its too slow and too damm! expensive. Oline marketing is FREE!

This is one of the biggest secrets since "the secret". I felt like Rhonda Byrne I wanted to share this secret with the whole world !
