Elvis Snellings Elvis Snellings joined Hawk Commercial Properties, LLC in 2005, bringing a wealth of expertise and specialties. His primary service area is Knoxville and all of east Tennessee. He specializes in general commercial real estate, investment properties, motels and motel sites, restaurant and convenient market sites and office and warehouse facilities. Elvis’s professional background includes banking and commercial real estate lending, with over 25 years of combined experience selling and financing commercial real estate. He became an affiliate broker in 1988 and joined Volunteer Realty. In 1992, he became a real estate broker. He worked as a real estate agent for R. M. Moore Real Estate Company in 1997 before joining Hawk Commercial in 2005. He is a member of the Knoxville Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce in which he became an honorary life member in 1977. Elvis attended the University of Tennessee majoring in both accounting and finance. He received his graduate degree from the School of Banking of the South at LSU in 1977 and as well as at the Graduate Realtor Institute in 1993.
