About Me

I currently work as a Fitness Director with SWEAT PT in the Jacksonville,FL area.. I love the flexibility of my business and the emotional connection I'm able to have with my clients. One of the greatest feelings in the world is knowing that you have changed someone's physical and emotional well being,

I went to college at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette,(ULL) I majored in Health Sciences and also played college football "GO CAJUNS". After college I spent 3 years in the NFL and enjoyed ever minute. I made tons of great friends and I'm very thankful to have had that experience.

On a personal level, I am happily married, to my wonderful wife, Julia. She is currently studying at the Universtiy of St Augustine to be a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University(LSU)
