About me:

Frederick Perez III, "Freddie", was born of Mexican heritage and raised in Houston, Texas...so I'm a Texican. Finally found my True Love (Terry) and married her. We have a little place in Humble, TX not to for from the George Bush Airport. I've got 4 kids by 2 ex's ages10-31 and 3 step-kids ages 15-27 with Terry. Just became a grandpa of twin girls, Ava Rose and Marley Grace...checkem out in my Photo Galley...they're real cute!

The Lord and I get closer every day and every day I bless Him for being so good to me and my family. I love sharing my passion with folks, especially the way the economy is puttin the hurt on people. Yeah, its working from home.  For 20+ yrs. I've been telling others what their missing, if they don't own a home based business. Don't get me wrong, havin a JOB is a good thing, but being in control of your life is better.

In 1985 I got my first taste of the enterpreneurial pie...it reminded me of mamas "coconut cream pie" and I wanted more.  Now, not everybody likes pie, but I've shared mine with thousands of friends in 9 countries, who not only liked it, but started sharing with their friends.  So many more are hungry for something, but I have only pie, how do I found those who just want pie?

I got the answer when my friend and business partner, Mike Dillard, shared his pie with me... "Magnetic Sponsoring".  All kiddin aside, I now have the new tools, that not only will help me reach my financial goals faster, but more importantly, allow me to help my friends/business partners, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year... create worldwide residual wealth.

I've helped 3 people become millionaires in the past 3 years...I will double that in the next 3 because of the internet.  Who knows, maybe just maybe, I'm hoping its YOU!
