Hi Everyone!
Greetings from Manila, Philippines! I am Francis, 43 years old, married with two daughters. I have 20+ years experience in sales and marketing operations in the real estate industry. During my real estate career, I started as a real estate agent who worked my way up in the corporate ladder who became Senior Vice President for Sales Operations whose duties include: Administration, Recruitment/Hiring, Training & Development, Sales & Marketing, and handled negotiations in the executive level between the costumer and the real estate developer. I functioned also as a Sales & Marketing Consultant who did market research for the developers.
In 2001 I decided to leave the corporate set up and ventured to join the Network Marketing Industry but still continue my real estate practice part-time. As a network marketer, it gave me the opportunity to travel a lot and meet a lot of people both locally and internationally to develop markets, recruit associates, and train them. Furthermore, it gave me time and financial freedom.
I joined this site to meet more friends, learn more from the experts, and share my experience to beginners.
I am also open to new start-up business opportunities to companies who would like to open or expand their business in the Philippines provided the products and services fit the market in the Philippines and the company's executives are willing to visit the country.
