Frank Moneris

Hi, My name is Frank Moneris. I come to you from a small town here in Southern WV. I'm happily married to my wife Nicole with two wonderful kids. I guess you can say I'm at the gateway to the coalfields where coal is the economy & source of income for most families here in WV. Having spent some time in the mining industry myself, I feel that the future of coal is slowly but surely on its way out here especially in the area of surface mining, which is responsible for about a third of the coal produced here.

As a result and decline in production, I lost my job in early 2009. I'm very thankful though for having a "Plan B" already in place. I had been working on a part time basis in the network marketing industry so when I lost my job, I didn't lose all my income. By having some experience in the industry I understood the potential of owning my own business and decided to concentrate and take the opportunity I had even more serious.

Having my own business is something I thought much about early in my life. I just didn't really know what I wanted to do or how to get started. I knew that by starting a traditional business would require a large investment, and I just didn't have the funds to do so. Years later I started my first venture in network marketing after learning the advantages and seeing the potential that it offered. Needless to say I believed in the company who had been very successful positioned in the top of their industry. They offered a great service and the compensation plan was excellent. To make a long story short, after being in business for well over a decade it slowly started to fall apart and ultimately lead the company to bancruptcy and were no longer in business. I couldn't believe that a once, leader in the industry, was no more. During that time while having some success feel the experience and the things that I learned during that time were priceless. I learned a lot about people, the importance of creating relationships and that getting rich wasn't going to happen overnight.

Currently I'm part of a company that I have great passion for and look forward to putting all my efforts and dreams into motion once again. I know that anything in life worth having will not come easy and will not be without hardwork. It's definetely paid off in some respect as I've received several promotions in just over a year with my new company and am more excited than ever. After many years in network marketing I continue to learn and grow as does my business. The direction of our company and the leadership that we have I think will take us to another level in the years to come.
