Horse back riding, reading, playing guitar hero ( I didn't say I was good) hanging with my 4 beautiful children, driving my BMW or my Dodge truck, meditation.

This is Jc and I wanted to let you know that I am so grateful that you have made it to this site. I created this site to have a central location for all things that I love.
From Real Estate, to Internet Marketing, to what is going on in my life on a day-to-day basis, this is where it’s at!
I have a passionate desire to serve everyone I come in contact with. To inspire through education and opportunity is of the highest importance.
A little about myself…
I was born in Southern California to a very middle class family. A two-person working household. The disease of debt and over-spending was a daily practice.
We moved to Oregon when I was 8 years old and still, the cancer ran rampant. I witnessed the harshness of bad decisions in real estate investing leading us to living in a travel trailer for a few weeks and then into a barn that was converted to a house.
I am sure that my family would have much rather purchased something better but that is what they could do at the time.
I loved living there as we had so many great adventures exploring the wilds of a berry field but it doesn’t change the fact that my parents were living in less then what they wanted.
As a young teen we made another major move, this time to Utah. Some of the worst years of my life were those awkward teen years.
Many adventures have transpired since that time years ago, for my betterment. I love life and all the twists and turns that come with it.
I have made it a study, since the age of 14, possibly younger, to study people and what they do. I have over the years traveled thousands upon thousands of miles to go to workshops, life improvement seminars, and various classes in real estate and all things growth and wealth.
I have made it a practice to review my life, where it is at, and how to improve on a daily basis. The reason for this is I believe that I have been placed on this Earth to give of my knowledge to assist other to their greatness!
A Teacher of Abundance… that is why I am here.
