I grew up in Santa Cruz, California and moved to Kansas City, Missouri in my last year of high school. I got married while in the Army and returned to the KC area. We now live in Olathe, Kansas. My three children are grown and I am enjoying my now three year old grand-daughter.
I just recently started my business in the Health and Wellness industry. I want to get and stay healthy so I can be around to see my little Grace grow up! If I can help others to get healthy and stay that way, all the better.
