Hi Folks,

Glad to be here. Well, a little bit about me: I was born and raised in upstated New York, spent 26 years there, then moved out to sunny So California and planted myself in beautiful Orange County and spent another 20 years there where I met my wonderful husband and best friend, Tony. We have recently moved to (too Hot) Arizona and just passed our first year here. Do we like it? Well, not really, it is not our place or where we need to be at this time of our lives, so it will be back to So Cali or possible Chi town, Chicago to put us back east and closer to both our families. Stay tuned for our next venture where we will buy our new home.

I was in Corporate America for many years in different industries from 12 yrs in healthcare, 5 years in the computer industry/eCommerce, then to all my excitement, I made the best decision of my Life and left Corporate America to become my own boss and gain control of my Life. How wonderful it is!! As a newbee in the homebased arena, it took me years to learn about it, but I had to find my niche, I needed a niche that I can become an expert in and master it, so first I joined some network mtg companies, LOL, and failed due to lack of knowledge and no support, so I decided to get into Real Estate. Well, I didn't want to originate loans, nor did I want to become an agent, so what could I do? I searched high and low in real estate and came across saving people from Foreclosure, from losing their home, their prized possession, wow, what a great feeling to be able to help people, so I began my journey in 2004 and started doing loss mitigation, back then the industry was not very well known, the economy was doing great, it was when subprime market was hopping. Then I was approached to learn the other 20% and do Short Sales, so I switched from doing loan mods to short sales and there was my niche for the next 5 years, I mastered short sales and became an expert. Then the economy took a turn for the worst and Bam, everyone took the hit and was in Foreclosure, I became super busy for 3 years straight. There were highs and there were lows in the Biz.

So now it's time for me to grow again. Now, my search has turned to, How do I become a master in internet marketing? Well, you need to learn from the masters and I have found them. If you want to become successful in what you want to do, find people who are already there and have been for years and learn from them, become a sponge and apply everything they do. That is why I am here today. I want to do what they do, gain my Freedom and time back and help as many people as I can.
