I am the father of two boys that I am very proud of. Bill and Nicholas. My wife Elena has a teenage girl name Natasha. She is so much fun to be with. Yes, Elena and Natasha are from Russia. Just incase you were wondering. I met them when I took a vacation there in December 2005. Believe me, Siberia is as cold has everyone says. I thought I was going to freeze to death. In spite of the cold I had a great time. The people were very kind and helpful. I am looking forward to going back very soon. 

I enjoy traveling and have done so all my life. My father was in the Army so we moved all the time. I guess you could say it is in my blood. My father flew helicopters so I grew up around aviation. I fell in love with everything that flies. I knew at a very young age that I wanted to be involved in aviation is some way. So I became a mechanic. 

I have been in aviation for 29 years now. I have worked on everything from helicopters, small private aircraft up to the large commercial aircraft. I also found out that aviation is not a very stable profession. There is always the threat of lay offs. That is why I have worked on some many different types of aircraft. Several years ago I was working for Lockheed Martin when they announced that they would be laying off several hundred of us. This became a yearly announcement. I decided that there had to be a better why. So I decided to look for a home based business. 

When I started looking online for an opportunity I looked for a product that I could believe in. I felt that it would be easier for me to sell. I decided on the product I wanted to sell and went to work. I listened to my up line and did everything they told. I failed miserable. Not wanting to give up I looked for another. Again I listened to my up line and did everything they told me. I failed again. I was spending more money than I was making. 

Well being stubborn, I decided that if I was going to make it with an internet business I needed to learn from successful people. So, I started reading everything I could find about internet marketing. There is a lot of information out there if you are willing to look for it. The one thing that kept coming up was to brand you. It is more about you than the opportunity you are involved with. There are some many online opportunities out there but only one you. Everyone said the same thing. Position yourself as a leader and mentor. 

I also learned that most people fail for several reasons.

1. Not enough leads
2. Not enough money
3. Not owning your own list of prospects
4. Not knowing how to monetize that list.

Without leads you have no prospects. With out money you can’t operate a business. If you don’t own your list of prospects the list you have with your company stays with them if you leave. If you learn how to monetize your list you can sill make money even if they don’t join your primary business. 

So after gathering this information I decided to try again. I found a company that I am very excited about. I enjoy networking with the community. The training is fantastic, and the leaders are some of the best in the industry. And yes I am actually making money.
