<p>I have been a student of MLM since Dec 29th 2005.   Since my start I have had a plethora of obstacles to hurdle.  The largest being recently becomming a widow and raising 3 small children ages 3, 5 and 7 at present.  I have often heard from my upline that all distractions are created equal.  I feel that depends on how you look at it.  It is so important that we accept each member of our team as an individual with their own paths to walk.  We must respect them right where they are.  Remind them this is not a race but a journey.<p/>

<p> I am presently looking to get back into nursing to support my business adventure and family. I am studying the in's and outs of using the internet to help build contacts.  I love networking, but am constantly struggling to find how best to balance family and business.  It is all a learning process, but I know there is a way....I just have to find it, practice it and master it!!<p/>
