Colin Durkin

I am a University Graduate from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.  I was a bartender during my time in University and that is where I caught the entrepreneurial bug.  When bartending you make very little money from your hourly wage.  In Ontario servers minimum is a dollar less per hour than regular minimum wage.  So you have to be a bit entrpreneurial because you have to find a way to make better tips to make more money.  I've always been very good at talking to people, especially strangers.  These talents have translated well in every facet of my life, I have found it easy to make friends and easy to meet new people.  I then was told about an opportunity with a new Canadian company called Global Wealth Trade.  This was in 2006, and I was still in school.  I immediately saw the potential in the company, and I was thinking to myself this would be a great way to be able to have my own business without the headaches of managing inventory and having to work the crazy hours needed to succeed in traditional businesses.  I saw the potential so I locked in my position early in the anticipation that the business would grow around me and I would be able to get serious about it when I had seen the other things I started through to completion.  I graduated from University and bought myself a gorgeous Feri Original time piece that retails for $1400 dollars.  And as far as the group around me goes, we have done sales volume that amounts to $144,000 retail with just a few ads put out on the internet.  The power of the GWT product and pay plan is real.  GWT is the only company that can set diamonds into 19K and 21K gold, you will not find another designer company that goes higher than 18K and that is a fact.
