Mark Hamilton

   I am 52 years old and actually very new on the internet.  I am just getting going with my business and am deep in the "learn what the heck you are doing" stage. 

   I have always been interested in helping others, and have worked in areas along that line all my life.  I have also always been interested in nutrition and health, which is what the business I am starting is about.  I studied nutrition in college, and in fact was planning to be a Doctor at one time - but never completed that training.  However I did do quite a bit of study on the body and nutrition in school  and have kept fairly well informed by reading books, articles etc throughout the years to present time.

   I like all kinds of outdoor activities, such as snow skiing, water skiing, fishing, camping, hiking, and the like.  I moved to a small town in Nevada mainly because it had ready access to all these things that I enjoy.

   I enjoy running, and have run in numerous races including 5 marathons and 12 half marathons and many 10Ks and 5Ks.  (I must say that as I get older the longer races seem to get LONGER - so I haven't done any marathons for a while - though I would like to again)

   I am married to a wonderful women and have been for 19 years.  We have an incredible 8 month old Cocker Spaniel named Kelti.  She is a kick and she keeps us entertained at all times of the day (and night sometimes - though not always so cute at that time - if you know what I mean)

   I want to succeed at internet marketing and I am willing to accept any assistance anyone can give me.  I am, in turn, willing to help anyone in any way that I can (though I am a rookie at the internet right now)  I like to work hard and have not problem working long hours to get something done.  I like to succeed and usually do when I put my mind to something.
