Heather Munoz

Hi!

I'm Heather, and I was born and raised in Southern California...and I'm still here! :) I'm a happy mom of 2 kids, with a creative streak, and a desire to serve others.

I was a young mom, who worked full-time for several years before I went after my dream career in a creative industry. I took the long way in getting my Radio/TV/Film Degree, finishing as a slightly older full-time student, and totally enjoyed volunteering in activities at the university. In the process, I met lots of great people, and grew into student leadership positions in communications, management and public relations. I am forever grateful for the experiences I had there.

Most importantly, that time in college broke me from relying the “security”of a traditional 8-5 office job. By the time graduation rolled around, I was freelancing, doing internships, doing whatever it takes to make "it" happen. A few months later, I got married, and my second child was on the way. It was then that I realized my dream had morphed into something else. Being away from my family for 12 hours a day at a "cool" job wasn't all it's cracked up to be.

I was involved with network marketing, and then realized I needed a break. So I've started freelance video editing, as well as shooting stock video and photos. I am taking on projects on a case-by-case basis, as I feel led by faith.

Here's some things I enjoy with friends and family:

- painting
- camping
