I attended University of Winnipeg in Manitoba and became a teacher. I taught for 14 years and decided that I was no longer willing to be part of the "rat race" I have been doing my fitness classes since then and have added Personal training to my list of duties and working at taking the business of helping others get the best out of their fitness programs/regimes online. I would love to help people find a self motivator so that they can make fitness and health a major part of their life.
